They store bundles of studs, pipe, conduit, steel bar and sheet goods that hang past any beam. Cantilever rack gives that material arms instead of front columns, so a long load slides in without hitting anything. We lay out cantilever warehouse racking for indoor buildings and open yards across the Valley, sized around your longest, heaviest bundle and the equipment that moves it. (602) 844-7035 ## Yards From Buckeye to Tucson Growth around Buckeye, Mesa's Falcon Field area and Casa Grande keeps building materials yards busy. Tucson's I-10 corridor has the same demand serving southern Arizona. Many of these yards store material outdoors. That matters, because monsoon storms bring high winds and dust that can interrupt deliveries and outdoor staging. ## Arm Capacity and Bundle Sizes Cantilever is sized by arm capacity and column capacity, not by pallet position. Tell us the length, width and weight of each bundle, and how many arms it sits across. Long, flexible material like pipe needs more arms to keep it from sagging. Short, stiff bundles can span fewer. Single-sided runs along walls or fences Double-sided runs in the middle of a yard Roof and wall cladding options for outdoor yards Image: Cantilever warehouse racking holding steel tubing (https://phoenixpalletrack.com/assets/cantilever-2b-G7pQApUm.jpg) Image: Cantilever rack storing lumber and wood products (https://phoenixpalletrack.com/assets/cantilever-3b-HMeRbmPP.jpg) ## Side Loaders, Forklifts and Aisles A side loader works narrow aisles. A standard forklift carrying 20-foot lumber sideways needs a much wider path. We draw the aisle around the truck you run and the longest load it carries. ## Monsoon Season and Install Scheduling Outdoor installs in July and August are planned for early mornings, before heat peaks and before afternoon storms build. Deliveries are timed to keep components from sitting exposed in wind and dust. In Mesa, Buckeye and Casa Grande yards, we confirm arm capacities, load lengths and forklift reach before material ships. Our team handles the permit side for you. ## Growing the Yard Cantilever is easy to extend with matching columns and arms. Arms can also move up or down the column when your product mix changes. ## Recent Installations Image: Carton flow rack installation with gravity roller tracks (https://phoenixpalletrack.com/assets/carton-flow-racking-BsAuPmFd.jpg) Image: Drive-in pallet rack installation in a warehouse (https://phoenixpalletrack.com/assets/drive-in-CCBSY-uf.jpg) Image: Selective pallet rack with wire mesh decking (https://phoenixpalletrack.com/assets/igt-6-DZvmvTe3.jpg) Image: Warehouse aisle lined with selective pallet racking (https://phoenixpalletrack.com/assets/img-1220-wLPu3arK.jpg) Image: Rows of pallet racking in a distribution center (https://phoenixpalletrack.com/assets/img-5455-CGuqe_nz.jpeg) Image: Newly installed pallet rack uprights and beams (https://phoenixpalletrack.com/assets/medco-cleveland-5-BcMUumRn.jpg) Image: Large-scale pallet racking with wire mesh decks (https://phoenixpalletrack.com/assets/photo-aug-03-6-17-41-pm-CAkl_a6R.jpg) Image: Rows of warehouse pallet racking under skylights (https://phoenixpalletrack.com/assets/photo-jul-22-6-45-56-pm-D5RGwLnl.jpg) Image: Cantilever rack installed along a warehouse wall (https://phoenixpalletrack.com/assets/photo-may-15-2026-7-28-50-pm-1-B16bphjo.jpg) Image: Push back pallet rack system with nesting carts (https://phoenixpalletrack.com/assets/udf-pushback-rack-DqF8uVLi.jpg) View More Projects: https://phoenixpalletrack.com/projects ## Get a Cantilever Rack Quote Send the basics and we will come back with a layout and pricing. Arms can be repositioned on the column, as long as arm and column capacities still cover the new loads." } } ] } ] ```
