Carton flow shelving puts that product on slightly sloped roller lanes, so cases load from the back and roll forward to the picker. Pickers stay on one side, replenishment stays on the other, and the next case is always within reach. That is the whole idea behind racks carton flow systems. (602) 844-7035 ## Pick Lines in the Southeast Valley Chandler's Price Road Corridor, Mesa's Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport and Elliot Road Technology Corridor, and growing Gilbert support semiconductor and electronics supply chains. Those operations handle many small, high-value items that suit gravity picking. Smaller flex buildings in Scottsdale's Airpark, Tempe and Chandler often run lean pick modules where every foot of aisle counts. ## Fitting Flow Lanes Into Pallet Rack Carton flow can sit in its own shelving frames or mount on pallet rack beams, with reserve pallets stored above. That second option lets one row handle picking at waist height and overstock overhead. We need carton sizes, weights and the number of SKUs. Lane width and depth follow from those numbers. Lightest and heaviest case per lane Daily pick volume by SKU Totes or cartons, and their bottom condition Image: Carton flow rack with gravity wheel beds and case lanes (https://phoenixpalletrack.com/assets/carton-flow-rack-DfuFYV4P.jpg) Image: Carton flow shelving in use on a warehouse pick line (https://phoenixpalletrack.com/assets/carton-flow-hero-y0vnsglk.jpg) ## Shipping and Install Windows For pick lines in Chandler, Mesa, Gilbert, Tempe and Scottsdale, we confirm lane pitch, carton sizes and frame heights on the drawing before ordering. Our team handles the permit side for you. Pick lines are often installed around live operations, in phases. During summer, the installers we coordinate start early in uncooled buildings and stage material indoors. ## Changing SKUs and Slotting Peak season and new product launches reshuffle pick faces. Lane dividers adjust, and levels can be reset when carton sizes change. Clear height matters less here than reach: pick levels should stay where a person can work all shift without strain. ## Recent Installations Image: Carton flow rack installation with gravity roller tracks (https://phoenixpalletrack.com/assets/carton-flow-racking-BsAuPmFd.jpg) Image: Drive-in pallet rack installation in a warehouse (https://phoenixpalletrack.com/assets/drive-in-CCBSY-uf.jpg) Image: Selective pallet rack with wire mesh decking (https://phoenixpalletrack.com/assets/igt-6-DZvmvTe3.jpg) Image: Warehouse aisle lined with selective pallet racking (https://phoenixpalletrack.com/assets/img-1220-wLPu3arK.jpg) Image: Rows of pallet racking in a distribution center (https://phoenixpalletrack.com/assets/img-5455-CGuqe_nz.jpeg) Image: Newly installed pallet rack uprights and beams (https://phoenixpalletrack.com/assets/medco-cleveland-5-BcMUumRn.jpg) Image: Large-scale pallet racking with wire mesh decks (https://phoenixpalletrack.com/assets/photo-aug-03-6-17-41-pm-CAkl_a6R.jpg) Image: Rows of warehouse pallet racking under skylights (https://phoenixpalletrack.com/assets/photo-jul-22-6-45-56-pm-D5RGwLnl.jpg) Image: Cantilever rack installed along a warehouse wall (https://phoenixpalletrack.com/assets/photo-may-15-2026-7-28-50-pm-1-B16bphjo.jpg) Image: Push back pallet rack system with nesting carts (https://phoenixpalletrack.com/assets/udf-pushback-rack-DqF8uVLi.jpg) View More Projects: https://phoenixpalletrack.com/projects ## Get a Carton Flow Rack Quote Send the basics and we will come back with a layout and pricing.
