Warehouse Relocation Services in Phoenix, AZ
Phoenix businesses move buildings all the time: out of an older Sky Harbor area warehouse and into new bulk space on Loop 303, or from Tempe flex space into a bigger Chandler building. The rack has to come along, and it has to fit the new floor.
Our warehouse relocation service covers the storage side of the move. We inventory the rack you own, plan the new building in CAD, and coordinate teardown, labeling, transport and reinstall.
Start With What You Already Own
Before anyone pulls a beam, we build an inventory of the existing rack: frame heights and depths, beam lengths and capacities, decking, accessories and any damaged parts. Photos and existing drawings help.
That list tells us what can be reused and what has to be added. It also catches mismatched components from past expansions, which are common in buildings that have grown over many years.
Planning the New Building
A lower-clear Central Phoenix building and a 36-foot tilt-wall in Goodyear need very different layouts. Moving into more height may mean taller frames. Moving into less can leave beams unused.
Our CAD layout places reused rack and new rack against the new column grid, doors and clear height. It shows pallet position counts and aisle widths for your forklifts, so you know the capacity before you sign off.

Scheduling the Move
We build the move schedule around your shipping commitments, so teardown, transport and reinstall happen in an order that keeps orders going out.
Beam capacities and aisle widths are confirmed for the new building before reinstall starts. Our team handles the permit side for you.
Teardown, Labeling and Transport
Your team clears inventory from agreed zones. Installation partners take down the rack and label each component for its spot in the new layout, so reinstall follows the drawing instead of guesswork.
We coordinate transport between buildings, whether it is a few miles across town or down I-10 to Casa Grande or Tucson. During monsoon season, outdoor staging is kept short because wind and dust can interrupt loading.
Reinstall and Added Rack
At the new building, rows go up in the order your operation needs them, so receiving can start before the last row is done. New rack ordered to fill gaps arrives timed to the reinstall.
Summer reinstalls in uncooled buildings begin early in the day, with staging and hydration planned around the heat. When the job is done, you get the final layout and capacity information for the installed rack.
Comparing Warehouse Moving Companies
General warehouse movers price trucks and labor. Warehouse relocation companies that focus on rack should also give you a layout, a component list and a clear split of responsibilities. Ask for all three before choosing among warehouse moving services.
